Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)
- ดูแล / บันทึก / จัดเก็บสต๊อกให้ถูกต้องและตรวจสอบปริมาณสินค้า
- ดำเนินการตรวจนับสต๊อกและแก้ไขความคลาดเคลื่อน
- จัดทำรายงานการจัดการสต๊อก ให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชา
- ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและมาตรฐานการทำงานของบริษัทฯ
- เสนอแนะวิธีการดำเนินการและจัดการกับข้อผิดพลาด
- ประสานงานและปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับพนักงานปฏิบัติการ / แผนก / ฝ่ายอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
Requirements (คุณสมบัติ)
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส./ ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี, สาขาโลจิสติกส์ หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ระบบ ERP/ SAP/ WMS หรือโปรแกรมจัดการสต๊อก
- มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในงานเอกสารคลังสินค้า เช่น PO/ ใบเบิก/ ใบ Stock-in/ Stock Card
- การใช้ Excel ระดับกลางถึงสูง (สูตร SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ แม่นยำสูง
- มีความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาและตัดสินใจอย่างรวดเร็วเมื่อพบปัญหา และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
