Responsibilities

- วางแผนการผลิต, ควบคุมการผลิต ร่วมกับหัวหน้างานอื่นๆ และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ เพื่อให้การผลิตสินค้าได้ตามมาตรฐาน และเป้าหมายที่กำหนด

- ปฏิบัติงาน และควบคุมดูแลการทำงานของหัวหน้าสายการผลิต/พนักงานให้ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัทฯ SOP. และระบบ GMP

- ปรับปรุงพัฒนาแผนก / พัฒนางาน / พัฒนาบุคลากร เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการผลิต

- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ เพื่อหาแนวทางการแก้ไขและวิธีการป้องกันปัญหาที่เกิด/จะเกิดกับการผลิต

- ดูแลความสะอาดและความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่ในบริเวณบรรจุ

- ประสานงานกับหัวหน้าสายการผลิต เพื่อจัดกำลังคนเข้าไลน์ผลิตตาม STD. ที่กำหนด

- จัดเตรียม/จัดหา เครื่องมือ เครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ในการผลิตต่างๆ ให้พร้อมและเพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน

- ตรวจสอบการสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคลของ พนักงาน รวมถึงตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานที่ถูกต้อง และปลอดภัยในการทำงาน

- ตรวจสอบบันทึกการดำเนินการผลิตและการควบคุมคุณภาพเพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาอนุมัติผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูป

- อบรมบุคลากรที่ทำหน้าที่เกี่ยวกับการผลิตและการควบคุมคุณภาพตามความจำเป็นอย่างต่อเนื่อง

- ควบคุมการดำเนินการผลิตและเก็บรักษาวัตถุอันตรายให้เป็นไปตามวิธีการปฏิบัติงานมาตรฐาน เพื่อให้ได้คุณภาพตามที่กำหนด

- ควบคุมให้มีวิธีการที่เหมาะสมในการผลิต การสอบเทียบ และการใช้เครื่องมืออุปกรณ์การผลิต โดยมีการบันทึกไว้เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

- ควบคุมให้บุคลากรฝ่ายผลิตตรวจสอบบันทึกกระบวนการผลิตและบันทึกการบรรจุให้ถูกต้อง พร้อมลงลายมือชื่อโดยบุคลากรที่ได้รับมอบหมายก่อนส่งให้ฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพหรือฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ

- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ซึ่งผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย

Qualifications

อายุ 22-30 ปี
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี วิทยาศาสตร์ สาขา เคมี, วิศวกรรมศาตร์
มีประสบการณ์งานควบคุมการผลิต 0-1 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีความรู้ด้าน GMP, KAIZEN
สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
พร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้และพัฒนาไปพร้อมกับองค์กร
