Responsibilities
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้าที่ผลิตออกมาให้ได้มาตรฐานที่ดีมีคุณภาพ ตาม SOP, GMP
- ตรวจสอบการทำงานของพนักงานในสายการผลิต ทุกตำแหน่ง
- ทำการผลิตสินค้าตามแผนการผลิตที่จะผลิตในแต่ละวัน
- ลงข้อมูลน้ำยาและเช็คน้ำยาให้ได้ตามมาตรฐาน ที่กำหนดทุก 1 ชั่วโมง
- ตรวจเช็คน้ำยา และภาชนะให้ถูกต้องเพื่อใช้ในการผลิต
- ลงบันทึกข้อมุลการผลิต / สรุปการใช้น้ำยาแต่ละผลิตภัณฑ์ และเขียนใบรายงานการผลิตทุกวัน
- ประชุมชี้แจงการทำงาน และตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของพนักงานก่อนเข้าทำงาน
- จัดวางคนให้เหมาะสมกับผลิตภัณฑ์ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้
- ปฏิบัติงานตามระบบมาตรฐาน GMP และตรวจสอบการทำงานของพนักงาน ให้ปฏิบัติตาม GMP
- ตรวจสอบการสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคลของ พนักงาน รวมถึงตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานที่ถูกต้องและปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
- ตรวจสอบความสะอาด, ความเรียบร้อยในสายการผลิตทุกวัน
- ทำงาน 5 วัน ต่อสัปดาห์ (บางสัปดาห์ อาจหยุดไม่ตรง เสาร์-อาทิตย์)
Qualifications
- เพศชาย หรือ หญิง
- อายุ 22-32 ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์, เทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมบัณฑิต, วิทยาศาสตร์ สาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- หากเป็น วุฒิ ปวส. จะต้องมีประสบการณ์ในการควบคุมไลน์การผลิตที่มีลูกน้อง อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- สามารถทำงานเข้ากะเช้าและกะกลางคืน สลับทุก 2 สัปดาห์
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีระเบียบเรียบร้อยในการทำงาน
- มีความเอาใจใส่ในการทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- มีความยืดหยุ่นสูง พร้อมเรียนรู้ และปรับตัวไปกับองค์กร
