Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, media agencies, and business partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account growth and revenue.
- Develop and present advertising solutions that align with clients’ marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and service delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to enhance client results.
- Support contract renewals and ongoing business development within existing accounts.
- Prepare account performance reports and business updates for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Service, Business Development, or Media Sales.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience in media, advertising, agency, or related industries is preferred.
- Service-minded with the ability to identify business growth opportunities.
