Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the organization's Performance Management System (PMS) process, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain the Talent Pool, oversee the Talent Management and Succession Planning processes, and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for Talent and Successor employees.
- Support Leadership Development and Career Development initiatives to strengthen organizational capability.
- Provide guidance on KPI development and review KPI quality to ensure they are measurable, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
- Provide consultation and support to business units on Performance Management and Talent Management processes.
- Prepare management reports and analyze performance and talent data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Political Science, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources Organization Development (HROD), Human Resource Development (HRD), or HR Analytics.
- Hands-on experience in Performance Management and KPI management.
- Experience in Talent Management and Succession Planning.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in preparing management reports and interpreting HR data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
