Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
2. Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with
company - policies and procedures.
3. Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives,
shortage, missing parts.
4. Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders.
5. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
6. Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of
quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
7. Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term,
delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned.
8. Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises.
9. Responsible/follow up for BOI. process, submit BOI. formula , Monitoring
shipment Import for any clerance process.
Qualifications

- อายุ 22 – 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส.ขึ้นไป (สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- สามารถสื่อสารเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีความกระตือรือร้น
- มีความอดทนและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้อย่างดี
- มีจรรยาบรรณต่อวิชาชีพ ไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลขององค์กรให้ผู้ที่ไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องได้รับทราบเด็ดขาด
