Assistant Operation Manager (Import-Export) - Ferrari Logistic Asia (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.

• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and relevant government agencies for import-export processes
• Prepare and verify necessary import-export documents, including customs declarations, B/L, Invoices, and Packing Lists
• Monitor shipment status from origin to destination to ensure timely delivery
• Resolve issues and challenges that may arise during transit and customs clearance procedures
• Compile and present import-export status reports to the Operation Manager
• Ensure operations comply with customs regulations and relevant trade requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in import-export or logistics operations
• Understanding of customs regulations, procedures, and import-export documentation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders
• Ability to solve problems proactively and make decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.
