Senior Operation Manager - Ferrari Logistic Asia (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.

• Manage and oversee all import and export freight forwarding operations to ensure efficiency
• Plan and develop logistics operational processes to meet standards and objectives
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, agents, and relevant government agencies such as Customs Department
• Supervise the preparation of import-export documentation and customs clearance procedures
• Analyze and resolve operational issues to minimize delays and enhance customer satisfaction
• Monitor and evaluate team performance to achieve established goals
• Develop and train the operations team to build necessary knowledge and skills
• Manage operational costs in alignment with allocated budgets

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in freight forwarding operations management
• In-depth understanding of import-export processes and customs clearance procedures
• Strong ability to lead teams and resolve on-the-spot issues effectively
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Understanding of regulations and compliance relevant to international shipping
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and freight forwarding-specific software
• Direct experience from a freight forwarder business is a plus.
