Responsibilities
- <Position Overview> Cybersecurity Specialist
- <Main Responsibilities> Develop and execute RMT-specific security strategy and roadmap aligned with group security policies
- <Examples of Duties>
* Design security architecture (including Zero Trust)
* Build and optimize SOC / monitoring frameworks
* Incident response (detection, containment, recovery)
* Vulnerability management and periodic assessments
* Establishment of security policies and regulations
* Response to external audits and customer security requirements
* Promotion of internal training and security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- Experience in corporate security, factory security, and related fields. (5 Years up)
- Network / cloud security skills
- Operational skills in SOC, SIEM, EDR/XDR, etc.
- Understanding of Zero Trust architecture
- Knowledge of vulnerability management and penetration testing
- Understanding of ISMS, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.
- Good computer skill in Microsoft office (Excel,Power point ,Word)
- Fair command in English and Japanese (listening, speaking and communicating)
