Responsibilities
- Operation SMT Machine.
- Programming new model ( Panasonic )
- Debug and improve SMT quality
- Improve SMT productivity
- Program and debug AOI machine ( Omron)
- KPI report with Dept Manager.
- EMS supplier quality Improvement.
- PCBA/SMT process Audit
- ECN management with supplier
- In House PCB quality improvement
- Contact with related section to deal with Quality
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical,Electronics,Machenics Engineer
Experience 1-3 years in SMT/ PCBA process (if have Panasonic SMT experience will be advantage)
Knowledge of Omron AOI debug , Omron SPI debug and operation
Knowledge of Improve SMT process , control productivity and support SMT operation
Knowledge of PCBA preparation process will be advantage
Knowledge of Quality Management
