Responsibilities
- Manage overall business performance, including initiatives, projects, and expenses.
- Conduct business planning and budget planning activities.
- Perform cost analysis and manage projects.
- Drive business process improvement initiatives.
- Oversee Key Performance Indicator (KPI) management.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards.
- Possess knowledge of BOI regulations.
- Systematically plan work and effectively control costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of managerial experience in performance management within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of Business Planning, Budget Planning, Cost Analysis, Project Management, Business Process Improvement, and KPI Management.
- Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001, and ISO45001.
- Ability to systematically plan work and effectively control costs.
- Proven coordination skills with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to understand and effectively convey information.
- Ability to communicate well in English.
- Knowledge of BOI regulations is a plus.
