Responsibilities
- เปลี่ยนใบมีด CNC และวัดงานเพื่อหาค่า
- Set up เครื่อง
- เครื่องกลึงอัตโนมัติ CNC ยี่ห้อ TOOL CHANG
- ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (PM) ตามแผนการบำรุงรักษาที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบและซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักรที่ขัดข้องเพื่อให้ลดเวลาการหยุดเครื่อง (Downtime) ให้น้อยที่สุด
- ตรวจสอบเครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ และระบบสาธารณูปโภค เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสามารถทำงานได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- จัดทำและบันทึกประวัติการบำรุงรักษา รวมถึงรายงานการปฏิบัติงานประจำวัน
- สนับสนุนการผลิตโดยการทำให้เครื่องจักรมีความพร้อมใช้งานและมีความน่าเชื่อถือ
- เปลี่ยนอะไหล่เครื่องจักร น้ำมันหล่อลื่น น้ำมันเครื่อง และวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองตามความจำเป็น
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเครื่องจักร
- เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง (Continuous Improvement) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและผลผลิตของเครื่องจักร
- ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายความปลอดภัยของบริษัทและขั้นตอนการบำรุงรักษาที่กำหนด
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปวส. สาขา ช่างไฟฟ้า , ช่างกล , ช่างยนต์ , เทคนิคการผลิต
- ประสบการณ์ 2 ปีขึ้นไป CNC Auto Lathe (Bar feeder) และ CNC Lathe Tool Change
- มีทักษะด้านเครื่อง Citizen Cincom (A20 , B12 , B20 , K16 , L12 , L20 , M16 , M32) และ เครื่อง Tsugami (Machine Tsugami All Model: BW12 , BM16 , BM165 , BO12)
- มีทักษะเกี่ยวกับกลไกเครื่องจักร
- ภาษาอังกฤษพอใช้
