Responsibilities
ดูแล ตรวจสอบ และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นของระบบ Security เช่น Firewall, IPS, Proxy, Endpoint Security และ Email Security
Troubleshoot ปัญหา วิเคราะห์ Log และช่วยปรับ Configuration / Security Policy ตามเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น
Support การตรวจสอบและแก้ไข Security Incident ร่วมกับทีม ลูกค้า และ Vendor
ดูแลและ Support Security Solutions เช่น Trellix, Trend Micro, Firewall หรือผลิตภัณฑ์ Security อื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
สนับสนุนการทำ Planned Change เช่น Firmware Upgrade, Policy/Rule Change และ System Configuration โดยทำงานร่วมกับ Senior Team หรือ Vendor
ประสานงานกับ Vendor ในกรณีที่ต้อง Troubleshoot หรือแก้ไขปัญหาเชิง Technical
ตรวจสอบ Vulnerability จากเครื่องมือ เช่น Nessus, Detectify หรือเครื่องมืออื่น ๆ และร่วมดำเนินการแก้ไขตาม Recommendation
จัดทำหรือ Update Technical Documentation และสรุปผลการดำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Cybersecurity, Security Operations, Network Security หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องประมาณ 2–4 ปี
มีพื้นฐานด้าน Firewall, Network Security, Endpoint Security, IPS/IDS, Proxy หรือ Email Security
สามารถ Troubleshoot ปัญหาและวิเคราะห์ Log เบื้องต้นได้
หากมีประสบการณ์กับ Trellix, Trend Micro, Nessus, Detectify หรือ Email Gateway จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
ไม่จำเป็นต้องเคยใช้งานทุก Product หากเคยทำ Security Product อื่นที่มีลักษณะใกล้เคียงและสามารถเรียนรู้เพิ่มเติมได้
มีความสนใจเรียนรู้ Enterprise Security Solutions และพัฒนาทักษะด้าน Cybersecurity
สามารถทำงาน On-site ที่ Client Site – Rama III ได้
