System Engineer Based in Bangna - Mega Lifesciences Public Company Limited

Mega Lifesciences is looking for a System Engineer to work closely with the Manager – IT Infrastructure in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and expand your experience & expertise.

As a System Engineer, your key tasks are as below:

• Administering and managing AWS Cloud environments to ensure stability and security.

• Overseeing the IT Helpdesk ticketing system for timely resolution of user queries.

• Managing IT asset systems to guarantee accuracy and compliance.

• Providing networking and infrastructure support across internal teams and vendors.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing cloud and network systems.

• Hands-on experience with AWS configuration (VPC, Security Group, NACL, Route, ALB, Certificate management).

• Familiarity with Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, firewall technologies (Aruba, WatchGuard, Sophos).

• Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware).

• Good command of English and strong communication skills for global coordination.

• Willingness to work in Bangna, Bangkok.

Skilled in cloud computing (AWS), networking (LAN/WAN, VPN), and system administration, you handle complex workloads with precision and meet deadlines under pressure while collaborating effectively across global teams.
