Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Human Capital Development Officer to work in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and to expand your portfolio.
Job Summary
As a Human Capital Development Officer, your key tasks are as below:
• Lead the coordination and execution of HRD and training operations (online & offline) to ensure smooth delivery and continuity
• Manage collaboration with HR stakeholders and oversee global HRD data tracking and reporting
• Oversee HRD tools and systems, including LMS, e-learning platforms, and feedback mechanisms
• Analyze training data and feedback to drive continuous improvement in learning effectiveness and engagement
• Monitor HRD and learning projects to ensure timely progress, proper documentation, and sustainability
• Develop reports, insights, and updates to support decision-making
• Identify opportunities and design innovative HRD solutions such as digital learning journey and structured career learning paths
• Support and execute HRD initiatives and projects aligned with organizational capability development goals
• Manage assigned Human Capital projects from time to time.
Qualifications
Applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as organizational development, organizational psychology, human resources, or a business-related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Organization Development (OD), Human Resource Development (HRD), People & Culture Transformation or any related field will be an advantage
• Professional use of MS Office
• Proficient in English – written & spoken
• Experience with Power BI for dashboards and HR data analysis will an advantage.
• Experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio) at an advanced level, with demonstrable projects will an advantage
• Knowledge and skills to effectively handle Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Forms) and ability to integrate solutions across platforms.
• Knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies.
• Excellent people skills interpersonal, negotiation & conflict resolution skills
• Willingness to work in Bangna, Bangkok.
Skill & Knowledge
The ideal candidate is structured yet creative, strong in analytical & process thinking with ability to translate ideas into practical solutions. You should be comfortable working in ambiguity, proactive in driving improvement, and collaborative in working with diverse HR teams globally.
