Mega Lifesciences is looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounting to work closely with the Manager – Accounting & Finance in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and expand your experience & expertise.
Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounting , your key tasks are as below:
- Implementing and maintaining banking initiatives to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Managing month-end closing activities and preparing accurate financial reports.
- Perform reconciliation of AP/AR and general ledger accounts with precision.
- Supporting audit preparation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assisting in the preparation of annual reports for management and stakeholders.
- Driving implementation and rollout of new technologies while enhancing existing systems.
- Strengthening internal controls through automation and process improvements.
Qualifications
Applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Experience in handling corporate-level accounts preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work in Bangpoo, Samut Prakan.
