Responsibilities
- วางแผนและจัดแค้มป์สุขภาพ รวมถึงจัดทำปฏิทินแค้มป์ทั้งรายเดือน ราย 3 เดือน ราย 6 เดือน และรายปี
- วางแผนการดำเนินงานตามแผนแค้มป์สุขภาพร่วมกับผู้รับผิดชอบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- พัฒนาหลักสูตรแค้มป์สุขภาพร่วมกับแพทย์และทีมสหวิชาชีพ
- พัฒนากิจกรรมของแค้มป์ให้สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร
- ประสานงานกับวิทยากรผู้สอนและผู้เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้การจัดกิจกรรมเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้สอนหรือผู้ช่วยสอนในหัวข้อที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- จัดเก็บเอกสารและข้อมูลงานอีเวนต์ทั้งในรูปแบบกระดาษและดิจิทัลอย่างเป็นระบบ
- ประสานงานกับทีมสำหรับการจัดอีเวนต์นอกสถานที่ รวมถึงการบริหารอัตรากำลัง การเตรียมและการจัดการอุปกรณ์
- กำกับดูแลและตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์และสื่อการสอนให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ
- บันทึก จัดเก็บ วิเคราะห์ และสรุปผลการดำเนินงานของแค้มป์ พร้อมจัดทำรายงานประจำไตรมาส
- จัดทำรายงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ประสานงานภายในกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายแอดมิน ฝ่ายครัว คลินิก และทีมบริการลูกค้า เพื่อให้การจัดแค้มป์สุขภาพและคอร์สต่างๆ ดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น สร้างความพึงพอใจและประสบการณ์ที่ดีแก่ลูกค้า
- นำผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าร่วมแค้มป์มาใช้ในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนา
- รับฟังความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะจากลูกค้าและผู้ร่วมงานเพื่อการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี
- อายุ 28-35 ปี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
- บุคลิกภาพดี และมีค่า BMI 18.5-22.9
- สามารถให้คำปรึกษาด้านสุขภาพได้
- มีความเข้าใจในการวิเคราะห์และจัดการข้อมูล
- มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน
- มีวุฒิภาวะ ความอดทน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันสูงได้
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ศูนย์เวลเนส วีแคร์ อ.มวกเหล็ก จ.สระบุรี และพร้อมย้ายสถานที่ปฏิบัติงานได้ในกรณีที่จำเป็น
