Responsibilities
- นำเสนอข้อมูลบริษัท ผลิตภัณฑ์ และบริการแก่ลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้องและเป็นมืออาชีพ
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้าเดิม พร้อมขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่ในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ
- นำเสนอและจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท ได้แก่ Rapid Tests, เครื่องมือแพทย์ อุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ และอุปกรณ์ทางห้องปฏิบัติการ
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า ให้คำแนะนำและนำเสนอโซลูชันที่เหมาะสม เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจซื้อ
- วางแผนการเข้าพบลูกค้า ติดตามผลการขาย และดูแลลูกค้าหลังการขายอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- รับผิดชอบยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด พร้อมจัดทำรายงานการขายและรายงานการเข้าพบลูกค้า
- ติดตามข้อมูลตลาด คู่แข่งขัน และแนวโน้มผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาธุรกิจ
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในเพื่อให้การส่งมอบสินค้าและการบริการแก่ลูกค้าเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางการตลาด งานประชุมวิชาการ และงานแสดงสินค้า ตามที่บริษัทมอบหมาย
สกลนคร, อุดรธานี, หนองคาย, หนองบัวลำภู, อำนาจเจริญ, ยโสธร, อุบลราชธานี, ศรีสะเกษ และสุรินทร์
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคนิคการแพทย์ วิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ ชีววิทยา ชีวเคมี หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายเครื่องมือแพทย์ เครื่องมือห้องปฏิบัติการ หรือเครื่องมือตรวจวิเคราะห์ เช่น Chemistry, Hematology, Microscopic จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการแพทย์หรือห้องปฏิบัติการ และสามารถเรียนรู้ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ได้รวดเร็ว
- มีทักษะการนำเสนอ การเจรจาต่อรอง และการสื่อสารที่ดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถเดินทางปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดในเขตพื้นที่รับผิดชอบได้
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว พร้อมใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Word, Excel และ PowerPoint ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ขยัน อดทน ซื่อสัตย์ มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก และมุ่งมั่นในการบรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย
คุณสมบัติที่จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (Preferred Qualifications)
- มีประสบการณ์ขายผลิตภัณฑ์ Rapid Tests, IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics), Medical Devices หรือ Laboratory Equipment
- มีฐานลูกค้าในกลุ่มโรงพยาบาลภาครัฐ โรงพยาบาลเอกชน ห้องปฏิบัติการ หรือหน่วยงานสาธารณสุขในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับใช้งานได้
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการประมูลหรือการขายให้หน่วยงานภาครัฐ (Government Sales)
