ภาพรวมของตำแหน่ง (Position Overview)
องค์กรมีความประสงค์รับสมัคร Technical Systems Architect / Platform Integration Lead เพื่อทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้นำด้านสถาปัตยกรรมระบบและการบูรณาการแพลตฟอร์ม สำหรับการพัฒนา Intelligent Health OS ซึ่งเป็นโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้าน HealthTech รุ่นใหม่ ที่เชื่อมโยงระบบ AI Analytics, Laboratory Information System (LIS), Clinic Information System (CIS) และแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับผู้ป่วยเข้าด้วยกันอย่างเป็นระบบ
ตำแหน่งนี้มีบทบาทเชิงกลยุทธ์ในการออกแบบระบบที่มีความปลอดภัย รองรับการขยายตัว (Scalable) และสามารถทำงานร่วมกันได้ (Interoperable) เพื่อสนับสนุนการให้บริการด้านสุขภาพเชิงข้อมูล (Data-Driven) และ AI-Powered Services ในระดับองค์กร
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)
- ออกแบบและกำหนดสถาปัตยกรรมระบบ (System Architecture) สำหรับการบูรณาการเทคโนโลยีด้าน Healthcare ให้รองรับการเติบโตในระยะยาว
- วางกลยุทธ์และกำกับการเชื่อมต่อแพลตฟอร์ม (Platform Integration Strategy) ระหว่าง LIS, CIS, AI Engine และ Mobile Application ให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- กำหนดมาตรฐาน API, Protocol และเอกสารทางเทคนิค (เช่น REST, GraphQL, SOAP) ให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานองค์กร
- ประสานงานกับทีม AI, Product Manager และผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย เพื่อแปลงความต้องการทางธุรกิจและคลินิกให้เป็น Solution เชิงเทคนิคที่นำไปใช้งานได้จริง
- กำกับดูแลด้านความปลอดภัย ประสิทธิภาพ และการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานข้อมูลสุขภาพ (เช่น HIPAA, ISO และกรอบกำกับดูแลที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- ดูแลและบริหารจัดการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานบน Cloud (AWS, Azure หรือ Google Cloud)
- ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้นำทางเทคนิค (Technical Leadership) และให้คำปรึกษาแก่ทีมพัฒนาในด้านการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบ
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน System Architecture และ Platform Integration อย่างน้อย 5 ปี (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษหากมีประสบการณ์ใน Healthcare, FinTech หรือ Data-Driven Industry)
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการออกแบบ API, Integration Framework และ Data Interoperability
- สามารถพัฒนาโปรแกรมด้วยภาษา Python, Java หรือ Node.js
- มีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure หรือ Google Cloud)
- มีความรู้ด้านการออกแบบและบริหารจัดการฐานข้อมูล ทั้ง SQL และ NoSQL
- เข้าใจหลักการด้าน Security, Encryption และ Compliance สำหรับข้อมูลที่มีความอ่อนไหว
คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม (Nice-to-Have)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านมาตรฐานข้อมูลสุขภาพ เช่น HL7, FHIR, DICOM
- มีพื้นฐานด้านการบูรณาการระบบ AI หรือ Data Pipeline Architecture
- คุ้นเคยกับ DevOps Tools และระบบ CI/CD
