Responsibilities
ปฏิบัติงานที่: บริษัท อินโนเทค ลาบอราทอรี่ เซอร์วิส จำกัด
- จัดทำ ตรวจสอบ และควบคุมเอกสารทางการค้า ได้แก่ ใบกำกับภาษี ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบส่งสินค้า ใบลดหนี้ และใบเพิ่มหนี้ ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารการซื้อ และบันทึกรายการตั้งหนี้จากการซื้อสินค้าในประเทศ
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีขาย (VAT) เพื่อนำส่งกรมสรรพากรประจำเดือน
- บันทึกรายการรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้า รวมถึงจัดเตรียมเอกสารประกอบการรับชำระให้ครบถ้วน
- จัดทำรายการ Reconciliation และรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงิน เช่น สินค้าค้างส่ง สินค้ายืม ต้นทุนสินค้าคงคลัง รายงานสินค้าคงเหลือ
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีลูกหนี้ (AR) หรือบัญชีการเงิน อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) และเอกสารทางภาษี
- สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี โดยเฉพาะ VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, SUMIF / SUMIFS
- หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้งานโปรแกรม SAP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบงาน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ระยะเวลาที่กำหนดได้
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
- มีความซื่อสัตย์และรักษาความลับของข้อมูลทางการเงิน
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และประสานงานกับหลายหน่วยงานได้
- พร้อมเรียนรู้และพัฒนาทักษะการทำงานอยู่เสมอ
