Responsibilities
- ติดตั้ง ตรวจสอบ และทดสอบการทำงานของเครื่องมือแพทย์และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดำเนินการ Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM) และงานซ่อมบำรุงตามแผน
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคของเครื่องมือและระบบที่รับผิดชอบ
- ให้บริการ Technical Support และคำแนะนำเบื้องต้นแก่ลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบสภาพเครื่องมือ อะไหล่ และอุปกรณ์ให้พร้อมใช้งาน
- จัดทำ Service Report, Maintenance Record และประวัติการซ่อมบำรุง ให้ครบถ้วนและตรวจสอบย้อนหลังได้
- วางแผนการเดินทางและการเข้าบริการลูกค้าในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้า โรงพยาบาล ห้องปฏิบัติการ และหน่วยงานภายในบริษัท
- ประสานงานกับทีม Technical / Application / Sales และ Supplier เมื่อพบปัญหาที่ต้องการการสนับสนุนเพิ่มเติม
- ปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและข้อกำหนดของบริษัท
- รายงานปัญหา ความเสี่ยง และสถานะงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรมชีวการแพทย์ วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เมคคาทรอนิกส์ เครื่องมือแพทย์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Medical Devices, Laboratory Equipment, Healthcare Technology หรืองาน Service Engineer จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีพื้นฐานด้านการติดตั้ง ซ่อมบำรุง วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ทางเทคนิค
- สามารถอ่าน Technical Manual / Service Manual / Wiring Diagram หรือเอกสารทางเทคนิคได้
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ
- มีความรับผิดชอบ มีวินัย และสามารถบริหารจัดการงานของตนเองได้
- มี Service Mind และสามารถสื่อสารกับลูกค้าได้อย่างเหมาะสม
- สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ภาคเหนือและจังหวัดใกล้เคียงได้
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ และมีรถยนต์
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมพื้นฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานได้
- หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรืออ่านเอกสารทางเทคนิคภาษาอังกฤษได้
