Responsibilities
1.เก็บและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลลูกค้า ทำฐานข้อมูลพฤติกรรม ความชอบ และประวัติการซื้อ เพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์
2.ติดตามและสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้า
3.ออกไปพบลูกค้า เพื่อสารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า รับฟังปัญหา รับเรื่องร้องเรียน และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา
