• Passionate about delivering value to both the organization and customers
• 0–3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or IT/software solutions.
• Experience working with Japanese customers or within the automotive industry, especially Toyota group or Tier 1 suppliers, is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with solution-based selling such as CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM/MES, or digital solutions is a plus.
• Proven ability to handle customer meetings, deliver presentations, and manage proposals in a professional environment.
• Capable of managing sales pipeline, forecasting, and driving deals from lead generation to closure.
