Responsibilities
- ให้บริการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (PM) และเชิงแก้ไข (CM) สำหรับอุปกรณ์ในห้อง Data Center
- ดำเนินการติดตั้ง ตรวจสอบ และทดสอบระบบอุปกรณ์ด้านความปลอดภัยและความมั่นคงในห้อง Data Center
- ตอบข้อซักถามและให้การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคเบื้องต้นแก่ลูกค้าผ่านช่องทาง Hotline
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาทางเทคนิคและแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องของระบบและอุปกรณ์
- จัดทำรายงานการบริการและบันทึกการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานภายในและลูกค้าเพื่อให้การบริการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, โทรคมนาคม, คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 0-3 ปีในงานด้านวิศวกรรมบริการ หรืองานซ่อมบำรุงอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า/อิเล็กทรอนิกส์
- มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการทำงานของระบบในห้อง Data Center หรืออุปกรณ์ IT
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคได้ดี
- ความสามารถในการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและจัดการกับสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านระบบความปลอดภัย (Safety & Security) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
