Responsibilities
• Develop category growth plans and annual business plans.
• Manage product assortment, pricing and promotional strategy.
• Analyze sales, margins and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with overseas brand principals and local retail customers.
• Identify new product opportunities and support new product launches.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 4–7 years' experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, Key Account Management or Brand Management.
• Experience in Personal Care, Beauty, Health Care or FMCG.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good English communication.
