Responsibilities
- Develop category growth plans and annual business plans
- Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategy
- Analyze sales, margins, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with overseas brand principals and local retail customers
- Identify new product opportunities and support new product launches
- Monitor and evaluate category performance, proposing improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in Category Management or Product Management
- Deep understanding of sales data analysis, market trends, and consumer behavior
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both Thai and English
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking and strategic problem-solving abilities

Experience in Personal Care, Beauty, Health Care or FMCG.
- Previous experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is a plus.
