Sales and Marketing Department

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated International Sales Executive to support and expand our international sales and marketing activities. This role focuses on developing overseas markets, strengthening relationships with international distributors, and increasing brand awareness and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development
• Develop international sales through global distributors and identify new market opportunities
• Achieve sales targets and support revenue growth
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
• Manage pricing, product mix, and sales forecasts while supporting distributors to reach targets
Marketing & Market Development
• Plan and execute international marketing and branding activities
• Support distributors with marketing plans and promotional campaigns
• Analyze market trends and ensure consistent brand communication across markets
Business Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international dealers and partners
• Support distributors in business development and provide market insights to internal teams

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales or trade marketing
• At least 3 years experience in automotive or motorcycle industry is preferred
• Strong sales planning, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Good understanding of international markets and distributor management
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Fluent in English communication
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
