Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Systems Server & Virtualization
- Support Design server and system infrastructure
- Support System Server Version 2019 and Version 2025
- Support and monitor Virtual Machine environment on VMware vSphere platform
- Support Windows Server Security Patch updates environment
- Support Job Backup , Replication and restore on Veeam Backup
2. Active Directory
- Support Active Directory and Azure AD/ Entra ID
- Support Manage user accounts, access controls, permissions, and security policies
3. Microsoft Identity & Cloud
- Support Administer Entra ID and Active Directory
- Support Manage user lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding)
- Support Configure MFA, access policies, and Defender
- Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
4. Documentation
- Maintain network diagrams, IP plans, VLANs
- Document infrastructure, systems, and changes
- Track recurring issues and solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Information technology, Computer Engineer, Information System, Computer Science
- Experience 3 years up in Enterprise IT infrastructure
- Experience with Microsoft Environments and identity systems
- Experience Microsoft windows and office 365 and troubleshooting
- Good in English language skill
