• อำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้ป่วยและญาติทั้ง IPD และ Day Surgery และแนะนำและบริการการใช้งานระบบ Touch Screen และ I-Connect แก่ผู้มารับบริการ
• แจ้งรายการยาและเวชภัณฑ์ให้พยาบาลทราบ
• ดูแลและเตรียมความพร้อมของอุปกรณ์การแพทย์   

• การศึกษาผู้ช่วยพยาบาล หลักสูตร 1 ปี Practical Nurse ( PN ) เท่านั้น
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในโรงพยาบาล อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
• ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ
• ทักษะการสื่อสารประสานงาน
• มีคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมการให้บริการ
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
