Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business. Focus on expanding business with Chinese companies.
- To do sales activities both Ocean and Air Freight, as well as related services products concerned such as customs brokerage, warehouse and transportation.
- Make sales calls, in-person visits, and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Increase and maintain monthly sales volume and sales amount.
- Record customer's requirements and complaints.
- Internal coordination with each internal department to support customer requirements and solve problems and implementation.
- Provide the quotation follows customer’s requirements.
- Record & report on the sales activities through the company CRM system.
- Design and propose logistics service presentation to present to customers.
- Follow up sales team strategies.
Qualifications
- Nationality: Thai
- Gender: Not specify
- Ages: 28-35 Years
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Logistics or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in Sales of Air-Sea Freight or any related field.
- Good communication skills in English & Chinese Mandarin (both writing & speaking)
- Conversation high to Business level proficiency in Chinese Mandarin (HSK 4 /HSK 5), to communicate with clients
- Good communication skills, presentation skills, and negotiation skills.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills, target oriented as well as customer service oriented
- Good interpersonal skills and maturity.
- Additional Knowledge will be given special consideration.- MOI Regulation- TISI Regulation- BOI Regulation- NBTC Regulation- FDA Regulation- Dangerous Goods for Freight.
