Responsibilities
- รวบรวมเอกสาร ข้อมูลการนำเข้า-ส่งออกรวมถึงการกำหนดของลูกค้า
- เอกสารที่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบ (ใบขนสินค้า, Invoice, AWB, BL, C/O, Packing List, D/O, เอกสารติดต่อหน่วยงานราชการฯ)
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและบันทึกข้อมูล
- ติดต่อประสานงานเพื่อรับ-ส่งสินค้า จนเสร็จสิ้น รายงานสถานะของงาน และสภาพการส่งมอบ
- ประสานงาน จัดเตรียมเอกสาร เพื่อการเบิกเงินสำรองจ่าย ที่ใช้ในการดำเนินงานการนำเข้าส่งออก
- ประสานงานภายในและภายนอกบริเวณคลังสินค้าในเขตปลอดอากร (Free Zone)
- ประสานงานเพื่อการจัดเก็บสินค้าได้อย่างถูกต้อง
Qualifications
- เพศชาย-หญิง / อายุ 24-30 ปี
- ประสบการณ์ 1-6 ปี
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถพูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความขยัน อดทน รับผิดชอบในการทำงาน มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- มีความสามารถในการติดต่อประสานงาน มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- มีความสามารถในโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office ดี
- มีความรู้ในเรื่องสิทธิประโยชน์ในเขตปลอดอากร (Freezone)
สถานที่ทำงาน : Frasers Propety บางนา-ตราด กม. 39
วันและเวลาในการทำงาน : วันจันทร์ถึงวันศุกร์ (08.00-17.00)
วันเสาร์ เดือนละ 2 วัน (08.00-12.00)
