Business Analyst (ERP) - Eclipse Computing (Thailand) Limited

Job Highlights:

• Work with ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations)
• Exposure to Power Platform, Data & AI solutions
• Collaborate with Business, Consultant, and Development teams

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Design solutions in collaboration with ERP Consultants and Developers
• Prepare project documentation, including:
  • Functional Design Document (FDD)
  • Process Flow and Use Case
• Support testing activities:
  • Create Test Cases
  • Coordinate SIT and UAT with users
• Ensure project scope and requirements align with business objectives
• Work across multiple solutions, including:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
  • Power Apps / Power Automate
  • Data, BI, and AI use cases

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Analyst, System Analyst, or ERP Consultant roles
• Strong understanding of business processes in at least one area:
  • Finance / Purchasing / Inventory / Sales / Production
• Experience with at least one ERP system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, SAP, Oracle)
• Good understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile / Waterfall)
• Strong documentation skills (FDD, BRD)
• Good communication skills, able to work with both business users and technical teams
• Thai Nationality
