Responsibilities
- ควบคุมงานก่อสร้างในโครงการให้เป็นไปตามแบบก่อสร้างและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานและวัสดุที่ใช้ในการก่อสร้างให้ถูกต้องตามข้อกำหนด
- วางแผนและจัดตารางการทำงานของแรงงานและผู้รับเหมาช่วงในแต่ละวัน
- ประสานงานกับวิศวกรและสถาปนิกเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานและปรับปรุงแผนงาน
- จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้าของงานและปัญหาที่พบในโครงการ
- ดูแลความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของแรงงานและสภาพแวดล้อมในพื้นที่ก่อสร้าง
Qualifications
- วุฒิประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) สาขาก่อสร้าง โยธา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งโฟร์แมนควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง 7-10 ปี
- เพศชาย สัญชาติไทย อายุ 30-45 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการอ่านและเข้าใจแบบก่อสร้าง โครงสร้าง และงานสถาปัตยกรรม
- มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการและเทคนิคการก่อสร้างต่างๆ
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับทีมงานและผู้รับเหมา
- ความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าในไซต์งานก่อสร้าง
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารจัดการแรงงาน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
