Manager - Fire Training Management Division (FTM) - NPC Safety and Environmental Service Co.,Ltd

• Plan and manage fire control training programs for Emergency Response Personnel, Emergency Monitoring Personnel, and Safety Officers at industrial facilities to maximize operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and manage consulting and advisory services related to fire control training.
• Supervise and monitor employees’ performance to ensure compliance with company and customer rules, regulations, standards, and procedures, thereby building customer confidence.
• Review and approve proposals and service pricing for fire control training services for the Sales Department to present to customers.
• Initiate and support the Innovation Department in developing, designing, and improving fire control training programs and services.
• Analyze feedback and information from customers and relevant departments to continuously improve and enhance service quality.
• Monitor changes and trends in the fire control training service business to maintain professional leadership, competitiveness, and up-to-date expertise.
• Ensure the prevention of leakage or unauthorized disclosure of confidential information relating to employees, customers, business partners, and all relevant stakeholders prior to the company’s official release of information.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in personnel management within safety, fire protection, or firefighting operations.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.
• Strong consulting and training skills, with excellent communication and knowledge transfer abilities.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with a strong service mind and a good understanding of the service business.
• English proficiency with a minimum TOEIC score of 500.

• บริการตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาระบบป้องกันและระงับอัคคีภัยในโรงงานและสถานประกอบการ
• บริการออกแบบและวางระบบป้องกันอัคคีภัยในสถานประกอบการตามหลักวิศวกรรมป้องกันและระงับอัคคีภัย
