Manager-Emergency Management Division (EMM) - NPC Safety and Environmental Service Co.,Ltd

• Plan and manage emergency management operations to maximize efficiency and build customer confidence.
• Manage and provide consultation on emergency management training programs.
• Supervise employees to ensure compliance with established rules, regulations, and standards.
• Review service proposals and pricing for emergency management services prior to presentation to customers.
• Initiate and support the development of new initiatives and innovations in emergency management.
• Analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
• Monitor business trends and emerging developments in emergency management.
• Maintain the confidentiality of employee and customer information.
• Ensure employees perform their duties in accordance with the established Integrated Management System (IMS).

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 10 years of experience in safety, firefighting, or emergency management, with at least 3 years of management experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to provide consultation and serve as a trainer/instructor.
• Excellent communication and information presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a strong service mindset.
• English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 500 or above.

• จัดจำหน่ายและให้เช่าอุปกรณ์ทางด้านความปลอดภัยและอุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคลทุกชนิด
• บริการตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาระบบป้องกันและระงับอัคคีภัยในโรงงานและสถานประกอบการ
• บริการออกแบบและวางระบบป้องกันอัคคีภัยในสถานประกอบการตามหลักวิศวกรรมป้องกันและระงับอัคคีภัย
