Responsibilities

  • Develop personnel readiness plans to ensure continuous operational preparedness.
  • Supervise emergency response operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Ensure employees perform their duties in accordance with the company’s contractual requirements.
  • Assess customer sites and equipment to identify potential emergency risks.
  • Prepare proposals and pricing for emergency response services for customers.
  • Analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
  • Monitor business trends in fire and rescue services.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of employee and customer information.
  • Ensure employees perform their duties in accordance with the established Integrated Management System (IMS).

    • Qualifications


    •  Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
    • At least 7 years of experience in fire prevention and suppression, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
    • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
    • Proficient in basic computer applications.
    • Ability to provide consultation and serve as a trainer/instructor.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Good negotiation skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of the service business.
    • English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 450 or above.

    Job Summary

    As the Manager-Emergency Control Center Section, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all emergency response operations. You will be responsible for developing personnel readiness plans to ensure continuous and efficient operational preparedness, while supervising response activities to guarantee maximum safety. Your duties will include assessing customer sites and equipment to identify potential emergency risks, and preparing proposals and pricing for emergency response services. Furthermore, you will analyze customer feedback to drive continuous service quality improvement and monitor business trends in fire and rescue services. This role ensures that all operations adhere to contractual requirements and established Integrated Management System (IMS) standards.
