Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบเช็คและใบสำคัญจ่ายเช็คกับใบเสร็จรับเงิน
- จัดเตรียมเช็ค จ่ายเช็ค พร้อมทั้งบันทึกเลขที่ใบสำคัญจ่ายและรายการเช็ค บันทึกรับลงในระบบ
- รวบรวม และจัดชุดเอกสารการจ่ายเงิน Statement ที่ทางธนาคารส่งมา รวมถึงทำการกระทบยอดกับธนาคาร (Reconcile Statement GL) ในขาจ่ายเพื่อตรวจเช็คความถูกต้อง
- ดำเนินการชำระค่าสินค้าให้กับเจ้าหนี้ให้ทันตามกำหนดและตามเงื่อนไขของ Supplier ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
- เตรียมข้อมูลและกระทบยอดภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายเพื่อส่งต่อให้บัญชีทำรายงานยื่นกรมสรรพากร
- จัดทำภาษีออกของและยื่นธนาคารเพื่อออก cashier cheque ตามรายการที่ได้รับจากกรมศุลกากรในแต่ละวัน
- จัดทำเช็คเงินโอนระหว่างบัญชีของแต่ละธนาคารให้ทันเคลียริ่งในแต่ละวัน

- จบปริญญาตรีคณะบัญชี
- สามารถใช้งาน MS Office ได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้บ้าง
- มีความอดทน รับแรงกดดันได้ดี ขยันและจัดการเวลาได้ดี
