Responsibilities
- เก็บข้อมูลความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ให้คำปรึกษา คำแนะนำด้านเทคนิคของสินค้าและระบบอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงตอบคำถาม หรือข้อสงสัยต่างๆ ทางด้านเทคนิคของสินค้า
- สรุป และ อนุมัติ BOM
- นำเสนอข้อมูลทางด้านเทคนิคของสินค้า
- Complies Spec ใน TOR/RFP ตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัท
- ออกแบบโซลูชั่นตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ร่างและให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับการวาง TOR/RFP
- ทำ POC ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- การสอบ Certification ให้ได้ตามที่ Vendor กำหนด
- ทดลองและสาธิตสินค้า
- ฝึกอบรมในด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจในสินค้า ด้านเทคนิคในระดับ Basic to advanced
- ศึกษาค้นความหาข้อมูล ความรู้ และเทคนิคต่างๆ ของสินค้าใหม่
- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
- การศึกษาวุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมโทรคมนาคม หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในด้าน Pre-sales Engineer หรืองานวางระบบอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Network / Security อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ทางด้านเทคนิค
- มีทักษะในการคิดวิเคราะอย่างเป็นระบบห์และแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ดี
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ในระดับพอสมควร

VST ECS (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established in Thailand in 1988. The company started its business as a distributor representing products from leading IT principals such as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard and Seagate.
