Responsibilities
- รวบรวมข้อมูลความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ให้คำปรึกษาและคำแนะนำด้านเทคนิคเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงตอบข้อซักถามทางเทคนิค
- สรุปและอนุมัติ Bill of Material (BOM)
- นำเสนอข้อมูลทางด้านเทคนิคของผลิตภัณฑ์
- ตรวจสอบและจัดทำข้อกำหนด (Spec) ใน TOR/RFP ให้สอดคล้องกับกฎระเบียบของบริษัท
- ออกแบบโซลูชันเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ร่างและให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับการจัดทำ TOR/RFP
- ดำเนินการพิสูจน์แนวคิด (Proof of Concept - POC) ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- สอบและได้รับใบรับรอง (Certification) ตามที่ Vendor กำหนด
- ทดสอบและสาธิตผลิตภัณฑ์
- จัดฝึกอบรมเพื่อเพิ่มพูนความรู้ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์และทักษะทางเทคนิคตั้งแต่ระดับพื้นฐานจนถึงขั้นสูง
- ศึกษาค้นคว้าข้อมูล ความรู้ และเทคนิคต่างๆ ของผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2-5 ปีในบทบาท Pre-sales Engineer, System Engineer, Solution Architect หรือ Technical Consultant
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน Enterprise Infrastructure, Server, Storage, Networking หรือ Hybrid Cloud
- ความรู้ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์ HPE Server, Storage, Networking และ HPE GreenLake
- ความรู้ความเข้าใจในแพลตฟอร์มและเทคโนโลยี เช่น VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, Containers หรือ Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- ทักษะการนำเสนอและการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
- ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขเชิงเทคนิค
- ความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกับทีมขาย ลูกค้า และ Vendor ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน AI Infrastructure, HPC, GPU Computing หรือ Data Analytics จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

VST ECS (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established in Thailand in 1988. The company started its business as a distributor representing products from leading IT principals such as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard and Seagate.
In 1998, the company introduced its B2B online system to facilitate it customers to search for product information and conduct business transactions online.
