Key Responsibilities : Affiliated with VST ECS(Service) Co.,ltd
Conduct training on Huawei enterprise networking products, such as switches, routers, firewalls, WLAN, and SDN solutions.
Design, develop, and deliver Huawei network training programs (HCIA/HCIP/HCIE) in classroom, online, and hands-on lab environments.
Prepare training materials, lab exercises, and assessments aligned with Huawei certification standards.
Evaluate trainees’ progress and provide feedback, guidance, and mentoring.
Maintain and manage Huawei lab equipment and simulation environments.
Stay updated on Huawei’s latest technologies, certifications, and product updates.
Support trainees in certification exam preparation and knowledge application in real-world scenarios.
Provide training reports, learner evaluations, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and Huawei partners to align training with organizational needs.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Engineer
Strong knowledge and understanding of Network Topology and Network Solutions
Proven experience in teaching, training, or providing knowledge in Networking
Possession of Huawei certifications (HCIA and HCIP in Datacom)
