Responsibilities
• เก็บข้อมูลความต้องการของลูกค้า
• ให้คำปรึกษา คำแนะนำด้านเทคนิคของสินค้าและและระบบอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงตอบคำถาม หรือข้อสงสัยต่างๆ ทำงด้านเทคนิคของสินค้า
• สรุปและอนุมัติ BOM
• นำเสนอข้อมูลทำงด้านเทคนิคของสินค้า
• Complies Spec ใน TOR/RFP ตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัทฯ
• ออกแบบโซลูชั่นตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้ำ
• ร่างและให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับการวาง TOR/RFP
• ทำ POC ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• การสอบ Certification ให้ได้ตามที่ Vendor กำหนด
• ทดลองและสาธิตสินค้า
• ศึกษาค้นคว้าหาข้อมูล ความรู้และเทคนิคต่างๆของสินค้าใหม่
• จัดอบรมเพื่อมอบความรู้ในสินค้าที่รับผิดชอบให้กับทั้งบุคคลภายในและภายนอกบริษัท
Qualifications
• การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับที่ดีจนถึงดีมาก
• เคยมีประสบการณ์ในการเป็น Pre-sales Engineer มาอย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ในระดับที่ดี อาทิเช่น Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivotable)
