Responsibilities
1. ติดต่อประสานงานเพื่อดำเนินการต่ออายุ MA (Maintenance Agreement)
- โทรติดต่อลูกค้าเดิมก่อนหมดอายุสัญญา เพื่อเสนอการต่ออายุบริการ
- ติดตามสถานการณ์ตัดสินใจ
2. บริหาร Pipeline งาน renew
- ตรวจสอบรายการสัญญาบริการที่ใกล้หมดอายุจากระบบ
- จัดลำดับความสำคัญลูกค้า และวางแผนการติดตามอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
3. ประสานงานภายใน
- ประสานงานกับทีม Product Sales, Vendor เพื่อจัดทำ Quotation และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดตามเอกสาร PO / Contract จนปิดงานสมบูรณ์
4. รายงานผลการดำเนินงาน
- update ข้อมูลในระบบ O3
- สรุปรายงานยอด renew, forecast และ Pipeline รายสัปดาห์ กับทางหัวหน้างาน และ vendor
Qualifications
- อายุ 20-25 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) หรือ ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน telesale/renew sale/ account support/ Call Center 0-1 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการด้าน IT, Network, Computer หรือ maintenance contract จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะทางด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ (Word, Excel, Power point)
