Responsibilities
- Implementation, Configures and support IT infrastructure and its components
- Understand IT infrastructure technologies and landscape
- Performs incident, problem and escalation management for own area of responsibility
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance services.
- Introduce new technology and solutions to improve work process.
- Work with support team to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Engineer , IT Infra Engineer
- Experience in implementation or operation support roles
- Strong desire to learn about product of IT (Server, Storage)
- Good communication of English
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to a positive work environment
- Strong service mind with excellent communication skills

VST ECS (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established in Thailand in 1988. The company started its business as a distributor representing products from leading IT principals such as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard and Seagate.
In 1998, the company introduced its B2B online system to facilitate it customers to search for product information and conduct business transactions online.
