Responsibilities
1. ดูแลและสนับสนุนระบบ ERP ปัจจุบัน (Legacy ERP Support)
• ดูแลและสนับสนุนการใช้งานระบบ ERP ที่ใช้งานอยู่ในองค์กร
• วิเคราะห์ แก้ไข และป้องกันปัญหาระบบ (Incident / Problem Management)
• ตรวจสอบและแก้ไข Source Code, VB Script, ASP Classic, SQL Script และ Stored Procedure
• ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพและเสถียรภาพของระบบ ERP
• วิเคราะห์ Root Cause และจัดทาแนวทางป้องกันปัญหาซ้า (RCA)
2. พัฒนำและปรับปรุงระบบงำน
• วิเคราะห์และดาเนินการตาม Change Request จากหน่วยงานธุรกิจ
• พัฒนาฟังก์ชันเพิ่มเติมและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทางานของระบบ
• ออกแบบ Solution ร่วมกับ User และทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ทดสอบระบบ (SIT/UAT) ก่อนนาขึ้นใช้งานจริง
3. ดูแลข้อมูลและฐำนข้อมูล
• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาข้อมูลในระบบ ERP
• ดูแล SQL Server, Query, Stored Procedure และ Data Validation
• สนับสนุนงาน Data Cleansing และ Data Quality Improvement
• จัดทาเอกสารและควบคุมการแก้ไขข้อมูล (Data Fix Control)
4. สนับสนุนโครงกำร ERP ใหม่ (ERP Transformation)
• รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ Business Requirement จากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ
• จัดทา Fit-Gap Analysis ระหว่างระบบเดิมและระบบใหม่
• ดูแลและสนับสนุนการใช้งานระบบ ERP ที่ใช้งานอยู่ในองค์กร
• วิเคราะห์ แก้ไข และป้องกันปัญหาระบบ (Incident / Problem Management)
• ตรวจสอบและแก้ไข Source Code, VB Script, ASP Classic, SQL Script และ Stored Procedure
• ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพและเสถียรภาพของระบบ ERP
• วิเคราะห์ Root Cause และจัดทาแนวทางป้องกันปัญหาซ้า (RCA)

Qualifications
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน ERP Application Support / ERP Implementation อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ดูแล Legacy ERP หรือ ERP ที่มีการ Customize ระบบจานวนมาก
• สามารถวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา Source Code, VB Script, ASP Classic, SQL Script และ Stored Procedure ได้
• มีความรู้ด้าน SQL Server, Database Design และ Query Optimization
• มีประสบการณ์ทางานร่วมกับ Business User, Key User และ Vendor
• มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ Business Process และจัดทา Requirement Gathering / Gap Analysis
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Data Cleansing, Data Mapping และ Data Migration สาหรับโครงการ ERP
• มีความเข้าใจระบบงานธุรกิจ เช่น Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Finance / Accounting
• สามารถวิเคราะห์ Root Cause และปรับปรุงระบบเพื่อลดปัญหาซ้าได้
• มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการงานและติดตามโครงการได้ด้วยตนเอง
• มีประสบการณ์ดูแล Legacy ERP หรือ ERP ที่มีการ Customize ระบบจานวนมาก

VST ECS (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established in Thailand in 1988. The company started its business as a distributor representing products from leading IT principals such as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard and Seagate.
In 1998, the company introduced its B2B online system to facilitate it customers to search for product information and conduct business transactions online. VST ECS has established the first subsidiary in Myanmar named ‘ECS Value Myanmar Services Co., Ltd.’ since April, 2014 and in Cambodia named “ECS Value (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.” since May, 2015 to focus on IT enterprise business
