Responsibilities
- Implementation, Configures, Administrator and maintains IT infrastructure and its components.
- Understand IT infrastructure technologies and landscape (hardware, midrange, security, network, etc.)
- Performs incident, problem and escalation management for own area of responsibility.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance services.
- Introduce new technology and solutions to improve work process.
- Work with support team to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in System Engineering, Network Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or related areas.
- Basic knowledge of Huawei Network products, including Switches, Routers, Wireless LAN (WLAN), Security, and Network Management solutions.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP), VLAN, VPN, WLAN, and Network Security concepts.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure and enterprise networking environments.
- Strong service-minded attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
