Responsibilities
- ควบคุมกระบวนการควบคุมคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานและกฎหมายอาหาร
- ตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ก่อนจัดส่งสินค้า
- เป็นผู้นำ และวิทยากรอบรมพนักงาน QC มอบหมายงานและประเมินผล
- ตรวจสอบข้อบกพร่องของสินค้า ข้อร้องเรียน และประสานงานเพื่อแก้ไข
- จัดเตรียม เก็บรักษาข้อมูล รายงานผลการตรวจสอบและเอกสารสำหรับการตรวจประเมิน
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์อาหาร วิศวกรรมอาหาร
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานควบคุมคุณภาพอาหาร 3 - 5 ปี
- มีภาวะผู้นำ
- มีความเข้าใจในระบบมาตรฐานอาหารต่าง ๆ เช่น GHP, BRC, HACCP เป็นต้น
- อ่านและจัดทำรายงานภาษาอังกฤษได้
