• Make certain that all incoming purchase requisitions are complete and received with necessary attachment documents.
• Review quotations, TOR, scope of work, etc. for details and conditions pertaining to goods and services to be procured.
• Prepare standard pricing of goods and services to enhance transparency and predictability of the procurement processes.
• Handle requests for information, quotations, proposal and bidding processes.
• Coordinate with Purchasing Operations to effectively execute spending plans.
• Assist in working with division heads to identify procurement opportunities that will enhance Company's cost savings.
• Compile a list of vendors to identify cost saving opportunities for bulk purchases and on time deliveries.
• Evaluate suppliers to ensure their service quality.
• Participate in supplier negotiations, selection and implementation of contracts designed to encourage continual improvement.
• Evaluate suppliers' cost model and breakdown for cost saving
  
  

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or Related Fields.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience.
3. Good skills in Analytical, Communication, Negotiation and Computer (MS Office).
4. English proficiency TOEIC 550 or above.
5. Ability to assess and analyze statistical data
6. Knowledge in strategic sourcing and supply chains
