Responsibilities
- Perform regulations of incoming and outgoing company mail and materials. Ensure that mails are correctly delivered and distributed to correct consignees without delay.
- Prepare the employees/vehicles airport access pass for Suvarnabhumi and Donmueng Airports. Comply with airport regulations and develop positive relationships with relevant units.
- Perform documentation duty and general information of division as well as support all activities and services of division efficiently. Facilitate transportation for staffs or company guests as requested.
- Accurately verify and segregate the invoices from concerned local authorities and distribute to concerned department to proceed the payment or reimburse billing expenses within prescribed period of time with swiftness and correctness.
- Perform the inventory of printed materials for passengers, stationery and maintain necessary working materials, equipment, vehicles and office facilities in good condition to save company budget.
- Perform collecting and selling recyclable waste from the company's activities in accordance with CSR policies.
- Control the work schedule of Flight Document Control staff and submitting them through in-house system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Related Field.
- Good Command in English (TOEIC 450)
- Communication Skill, Teamworking Skill.
- Computer Skill e.g. Ms. Office, Internet
- Having Private Driving License
