Responsibilities
- Perform inspection, repair, modification, and overhaul of aircraft Brake and Wheels Assemblies and related components according to approved capabilities, manufacturer requirements, and CAAT regulations to ensure safe and cost-effective aircraft operation.
- Execute overhaul, modification, and repair of Aircraft Carbon and Steel Brake Assemblies, adhering strictly to Original Equipment Manufacturer Maintenance Manuals and/or Maintenance Orders (MO) issued by the Engineering Division.
- Fabricate, clean, inspect, and repair aircraft cabin carpets for company aircraft, following Original Equipment Manufacturer manuals and/or Maintenance Orders (MO) and Fabrication Orders (FO) issued by the Engineering Division.
- Fabricate or repair aircraft cargo nets in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer manuals and/or Maintenance Orders (MO) and Fabrication Orders (FO) issued by the Engineering Division.
- Fabricate, repair, and clean aircraft cabin curtains, following Original Equipment Manufacturer manuals and/or Maintenance Orders (MO) and Fabrication Orders (FO) issued by the Engineering Division.
- Execute overhaul, modification, and repair of Aircraft Nose and Main Wheels Hub Assemblies, adhering strictly to Original Equipment Manufacturer Maintenance Manuals and/or Maintenance Orders (MO) issued by the Engineering Division.
- Read and interpret Work Instructions, Component Maintenance Manuals (C.M.M.), and Operating Procedures.
- Review work orders and task cards to ensure all data requirements are fulfilled, and accurately record, document, and sign off completed work orders and task cards.
- Complete required reports by entering information into computer systems and/or paper records.
- Ensure all tooling and equipment are maintained in a serviceable, clean, and calibrated condition.
- Maintain minimum stock requirements for tooling in the workshop and advise the purchasing department on necessary parts.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by organizing shelves and workstations and complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Carry out all duties related to Quality, Safety, and Security as required by company policies.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in aircraft maintenance or a related technical field.
- Higher Vocational Certificate (ปวส.) or equivalent in Aircraft Maintenance, Aeronautical Electrical, Electronic, Avionic, or Aircraft Instruments.
- English TOEIC score of 350 or higher.
