Reporting lines: Sea Freight Manager
Overall job purpose:
• Process and coordinate export sea freight shipments in accordance with customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain export shipment documentation accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, overseas offices and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Ensure export shipments comply with company procedures and applicable regulations.
• Support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through effective shipment management.

• Ensure export shipments comply with company procedures and applicable regulations.
• Support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through effective shipment management.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Good knowledge of Sea Freight Export Operations.
• Knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and freight operating systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Able to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
Main tasks and key responsibilities:
• Coordinate export bookings with shipping lines and service providers.
• Prepare, verify and distribute export shipment documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor export shipment status and coordinate timely shipment execution.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas offices and internal departments regarding shipment requirements.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate significant matters where necessary.
• Update shipment information accurately in the operating system.
• Maintain effective working relationships with shipping lines and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, Quality Management System requirements and applicable regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sea Freight Manager.
